Provider and app licence

Routale is provided by DMN MOBİLYA İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (DMN Tech), Turkey. Contact: info@dmn-group.net.

The app licence is governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement unless a separate applicable licence is supplied. These terms describe Routale’s service and purchases and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

The service and your content

Routale records journeys and creates photo and video Stories from routes, photos and statistics. It is not a navigation, emergency or medical service. Use it safely and follow applicable traffic rules. GPS and map information may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You retain ownership of your content. Only add or share material you have permission to use. You decide where to share exports and are responsible for respecting other people’s privacy and rights.

Free exports and Unlimited

Recording is free. The first two distinct journeys can be exported and re-exported with the “Made with Routale” watermark at full quality. Routale Unlimited provides unlimited journey exports and removes that added watermark from newly generated files. Previously exported files must be regenerated. Template branding and required map attribution remain.

Monthly and annual subscriptions provide the same features for their respective paid periods. Prices, currency and duration are displayed in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation. Any eligible previously purchased lifetime access remains associated with its purchase.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends at the applicable renewal price.

Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Routale. Cancelling stops future renewal; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Uninstalling Routale does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s Report a Problem service, subject to Apple’s policies and your statutory rights.

Restore purchases and protect your library

Use Restore Purchase on the Unlimited screen with the Apple Account used to purchase. Restoration recovers eligible access, not your local journeys, photos or drafts. Routale does not provide its own cloud library sync. Keep exported copies or device backups for memories you want to retain.

Availability and changes

Map availability, device performance, permissions and network access can affect recording and export. We may update the app and these terms as the service evolves. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and existing consumer rights. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free location data.
