Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your OK mu NOK mu Online account and associated data.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to OK mu NOK mu Online. Go to Settings > Delete Account and confirm.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Account deletion is permanent.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@dmn-group.net with the subject “OK mu NOK mu Online Account Deletion Request”.

Include your in-app user code or the email address of the Apple/Google account you use to sign in so we can locate your account. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

What data is deleted?

When your account is deleted, your nickname, avatar, quiz answers and results, Personality Map scores, Question of the Day answers, friend connections and notification token are removed from our system.

Records subject to legal retention requirements, such as payment receipts, remain with Apple or Google for the required period. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel any active subscription separately through Apple or Google.
  • iOS: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions > OK mu NOK mu Online > Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > OK mu NOK mu Online > Cancel subscription.
